Breast Health Initiative
At Vala Inc. we now have qualified and trained female medical professionals to perform clinical breast exams (CBE's).
In lieu of CBE's, we also provide free breast health workshops (in conjunction with Simply Pink). This is a fun FREE way to educate each other and ourselves on how to identify lumps in the breast. Everyone is welcome!

Health Screenings
We provide FREE health screenings to women, children (with consent) and families of underserved populations.
Screenings we provide include:
- Clinical Breast Exam
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Blood Glucose Screening
